GlobalMeet Case Study

This case study illustrates the design process that is at the core of my experience with the application GlobalMeet, across all its available platforms. My roles in this product design effort included: user research, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, product guideline structuring, review of builds and development. Also management of other design efforts, since there external vendors responsible for project execution. This application, which summarily is a robust web conferencing tool, is used by large enterprise level organizations around the world. It allows for an extensive number of participants to enrol in meetings, using different tools, without ever losing quality of connection. It’s a successful and mature product offering from PGi, which I boosted in terms of refining flows, behaviors and functionalities.
