A specific component of the Bridge2Solutions Travel Suite redesign effort, focused on the Flight Booking product. In order to achieve that solution, there were several components of the UX practice that informed this process. Starting with research (user research, based on personas/character outlined, user journey maps, analytics, business strategy), ideation workshops (with the production of different artifacts), prototypes (with additional user testing sessions to accomplish validation of concepts and flows defined), and finally defining and applying the UI and Interactive patterns defined for the product suite. This case study represents the process through which this solution was accomplished, which also contemplated important factors such as ADA compliance, localization, platform breaking points, and client integration.
