TST Hotel Product

Another Product component, which was part of the redesign effort that I started at TST. This focused primarily on an architecture improvement, as a direct result of the research done, which included user and client feedback, competitive analysis and data analysis of the pre-existing flows. I was responsible for gathering and compiling this research, and also redesigning the architecture of the flow, defining breaking points, workshop establishment, requirements gathering, prototype creation and UI definition.
