Case study detailing the process of redesigning a product suite for a software company focused in the travel industry. My roles in this redesign effort included: user research, competitive analysis, client auscultation, conducting user testing, requirements gathering, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, product guideline structuring, review of builds and development. Part of this process, also included the management of a design team, and prioritization of tasks within the group. This case study illustrates the process itself, which also included client auscultation, iterative processes, and prototype testing. This white label product, enabled clients to successfully possess an OTA type of solution, across multiple platforms. The UI could be customized and therefore marry branding needs.
