TST Redesign Case Study

Case study detailing the process of redesigning a product suite for a software company focused in the travel industry. My roles in this redesign effort included: user research, competitive analysis, client auscultation, conducting user testing, requirements gathering, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, product guideline structuring, review of builds and development. Part of this process, also included the management of a design team, and prioritization of tasks within the group.
